St. Luke's plans to resume our annual community events

once the quarantine is over

  • palm sunday

Join St. Luke's and clergy and parishioners of other churches in Katonah at 9.00 am on Palm Sunday as we walk from the old train station to the green on Bedford Road for a short ecumenical service before we adjourn to our own churches to continue services.

  • plant patch

    May 6-9 2021

    9am -6pm

On Mother's Day weekend, the grounds of St. Luke's become a gardener’s delight with a selection of healthy blooming annuals, hanging basket, perennials, herbs and vegetables. Monies raised are used for funding outreach donations to  various local charitable institutions and operating expenses.

  • pancake supper

Bring family, friends and neighbors for a Mardi Gras themed  pancake supper. This yearly Shrove Tuesday supper features a choice of pancakes, sausage, bacon, drinks and smiles.

  • Katonah Sales days BBQ

During Katonah Sales Days held each July, St. Luke's offers a barbecue lunch to the entire community during lunch time. Hamburgers, hot dogs and all the sides. Every one is welcome and our playground is open for the children.

  • Blessing of the Animals Service out on the lawn

The Feast of St. Francis is celebrated on the Sunday closest to October 4. St. Francis is the patron saint of animals and the environment. Worship inspired by this Feast typically include pet blessings, prayers for environmental protection and conservation, and a call to a lifestyle based in simplicity and service of others.

Under the our spruce tree, the largest living lit Christmas tree in New York state, we are the fortunate co-hosts for the annual Community Christmas Tree Lighting arranged by the Katonah Chamber of Commerce. We serve cocoa and cookies to all.
